Decisions on individual product and product development options

Here the question is whether to progress one of several different product options (e.g. drugs designed around different targets), and which variant to follow (for example, compounds within a series, or formulations for a compound, or pack sizes and designs for a consumer product).  These are multicriteria choices, where the need is to combine technical information in a way that respects the relative impacts of the technical factors on business outcomes such as cost, value or risk.  The display preferably includes choices about the confidence intervals for each factor.
