Adaptive designs are an exciting development that allows drug companies to better select doses, potentially bring novel therapies to the market faster, and provide real savings. While currently growing in popularity, Bayesian adaptive designs are still at the early adoption stage. We believe this situation will change radically and quickly when the first adaptive trial blockbuster emerges.
