SDB Digital Archiving User Group

The SDB User Group held their first meeting in May 2008 in London. The meeting allowed users to share their experiences of using Tessella’s SDB Digital Archiving system and to identify areas of similarity and difference. The variations of the requirements and configurations between national libraries and archives proved especially illuminating.
The members have identified a number of ways of cooperating in the future. The next meeting will be held at the ICA conference in Kuala Lumpur on Tuesday 22nd July 2008, where Dr Robert Sharpe and Mark Evans will be speaking.
